Purchases made on lonzo1926.com can be returned via mail and are always free for our VIP Members.
You can obtain a full refund by sending back the purchased item within 30 days from your purchase date. For an item to qualify for a return, it must still be brand new, unworn and the tags must still be attached to it. Please note that if your original order showed shipping fees, these cannot be refunded. Refund will be applied to the method of payment on the original order. Alternatively, you may request any return to be refunded as a credit for our online store.
All purchases made on lonzo1926.com must be returned by mail, using the prepaid shipping label provided to you with the return authorization which will be emailed to you.
Lonzo1926.com will pay for the return fee of items shipped within Canada. Please make sure to follow these steps to obtain a refund. No other procedure will be accepted and will not lead to a refund of purchased merchandise;
To return items via mail, please follow these instructions:
- Fill out a return request from our website to receive a prepaid shipping label
- Carefully wrap the items to be returned along with a copy of your original invoice and the provided return authorization
- Place the prepaid shipping label on the parcel and drop it at any Canada Post office or outlet
- Ship the package to:

- Please allow up to 10 business days after your parcel arrive at our distribution centre to complete the transaction. Please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. I you have requested a store credit; you will receive a code via email as soon as the items are back at our distribution centre
Please include a copy of your original invoice and the return authorization with your returned items.
You will be provided with a 16 digits tracking number, make sure to keep a copy of it as it is your only way to track the returned parcel and confirm reception with Canada Post. Lonzo1926 is not responsible for lost or stolen items
The full purchase amount will be processed on the same payment method as the original order. Should that payment method not be available, a store credit will be issued. Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
